Roles and Responsibilities

- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Digital Banking products.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize features.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Technology, Operations, Compliance) to deliver current capabilities.

- Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.

- Manage relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 9-14 years of experience in banking or financial services industry.

- Strong understanding of digital banking products and payments domain.

- Excellent requirement gathering skills from various sources (stakeholders, users).

- Ability to work effectively with multiple projects simultaneously while managing competing priorities.
