- Perform wire cutting, stripping, and crimping operations as per specifications.
- Crimp terminals, lugs, connectors, and other electrical components using appropriate tools and machines.
- Ensure correct wire length, stripping length, and crimping quality.
- Read and follow wiring diagrams, work instructions, and production drawings.
- Conduct visual inspection of crimped components for defects.
- Ensure proper terminal selection according to wire size and specifications.
- Operate manual, pneumatic, or automatic crimping machines safely.
- Maintain production output as per daily targets.
- Identify and report defective materials, tools, or equipment to the Supervisor.
- Avoid wire damage, loose crimping, incorrect terminals, and other quality issues.
- Maintain proper identification and segregation of materials.
- Follow 5S, safety, and quality standards in the work area.
- Maintain basic production and rejection records.
- Coordinate with the Quality and Production teams to resolve defects.
