Roles and Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop technical specifications for T24 solutions.
- Analyze complex business problems and identify opportunities for process improvements using techno-functional expertise.
- Design, test, and deploy T24 applications to meet customer needs, ensuring high-quality deliverables on time.
- Provide training and support to end-users on newly implemented T24 solutions.

Job Requirements :

- 4.5-11 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry as a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Solid understanding of requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation techniques (e.g., BRD).
- Proficiency in developing techno-functional specifications for banking domain projects using tools like T24.
- - Experience in TPH, SEPA, Domestic Payments or SWIFT is highly preferred.
- Responsible for impact analysis, requirements, functional specifications, SIT/UAT and SDLC documentation.
- Support BAU troubleshooting, QA and stakeholder collaboration across IT and business teams.
