Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and empathetic Business HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering a positive work environment, enhancing employee satisfaction, and supporting HR initiatives across the floor.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive employee relations initiatives and maintain a healthy workplace culture
- Conduct floor connects and regular employee interactions
- Organize and coordinate meetings and engagement activities
- Provide counseling and grievance handling support
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives
- Collaborate with teams to identify nominations for Rewards & Recognition (R&R;) programs

Candidate Expectations:

- Background in BPO industry is mandatory
- 3 + years of relevant experience in employee engagement or HR operations
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Open to working in night shifts
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with employees across levels
