Role & responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of core banking system implementation, enhancement, integration, and transformation projects.
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones.
- Coordinate with Architecture, Engineering, QA, Business, Operations, Infrastructure, and vendor teams.
- Drive integration initiatives across core banking, digital channels, payments, lending, cards, CRM, AML/KYC, and other enterprise systems.
- Translate technical requirements into actionable delivery plans and track execution.
- Lead governance meetings, status reporting, RAID management, and stakeholder communications.
- Manage offshore delivery teams and coordinate with onsite/business teams.
- Ensure adherence to architecture, security, quality, regulatory, and delivery standards.
- Manage vendor and third-party dependencies, releases, testing, deployment, and production readiness.
