Job Summary

We re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Specialist, Infrastructure Solution Engineer to join our Technology Services Group (TSG) via our AIOPS Engineering India team. This role is located in Chennai, India.

Responsibilities

- Lead the architecture, design, and development of enterprise-grade full-stack applications across user interface, backend, integration, and data layers.
- Design and implement scalable frontend architectures, reusable user-interface component models, and high-performance experiences for complex enterprise workflows.
- Build and optimise backend platforms, microservices, APIs, and service-orchestration layers that support mission-critical applications.
- Design and develop AI-enabled application capabilities, including conversational interfaces, embedded AI experiences, workflow augmentation, and intelligent decision-support features.
- Ensure continuity and stability of the 1Desk 2.0 migration and the associated automation frameworks supporting Disaster Recovery, Data Centre Recovery, and Cyber Recovery orchestration.
- Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives aligned with enterprise resiliency, security, infrastructure, and regulatory obligations.
- Solid frontend engineering expertise, including modern JavaScript/TypeScript development, component-driven user-interface architecture using Angular and Node.js, state management, responsive design,



accessibility, and performance optimisation.
- Experience building enterprise-grade single-page and multi-tier web applications.
- Strong backend engineering expertise, including RESTful APIs, service layers, and microservices using Spring Boot, together with multi-tier application architecture, integration patterns, enterprise frameworks, and service-oriented design.
- Strong knowledge of cloud and platform engineering concepts, including containerised application deployment, build pipelines, automated release processes, and infrastructure-aware application design.
- Deep understanding of secure coding practices, application performance engineering, scalability, reliability, operational readiness, and production support.
- Demonstrated expertise in enterprise resiliency, automation platforms, and regulatory compliance, with the ability to deliver immediate impact in a complex cross-functional environment.
