Key responsibilities
- Patient support: Handle patient queries and provide assistance.
- Appointments: Schedule, reschedule, cancel, and confirm appointments.
- Prescriptions/medications: Process refill requests, clarify medication-related questions, and handle patient queries.
- Post-operative services: Follow up with patients regarding device-clinic updates and transitional care after discharge.
- Documentation: Upload daily test results such as Echo, Vascular, Stress Test, and EKG and forward them to the PCP.
What the role is mainly looking for
Solid English communication, familiarity with U.S. healthcare workflows is added advantage.
