Key Responsibilities

- Handle enquiries from customers through calls, digital campaigns, website enquiries, and other lead sources.
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate interest in the company's real estate projects.
- Understand customer requirements such as budget, preferred location, property type, and investment purpose.
- Explain project details, location advantages, pricing, amenities, payment plans, and other relevant information to customers.
- Qualify leads based on customer requirements, budget, purchase intent, and timeline.
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the Sales Team for further follow-up.
- Follow up with prospective customers regularly through calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain accurate and updated customer information in the CRM / lead management system.
- Ensure timely follow-up on all assigned leads.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team and Team Leader regarding qualified leads and site visit requirements.
- Track lead status and update call remarks, follow-up dates, and customer responses.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.




- Work towards achieving site visit and conversion targets.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate project information.
- Maintain a positive and professional relationship with prospective customers.
- Prepare and share daily/weekly reports as required by the Team Leader or Head.

Preferred candidate profile

- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Highly energetic and target-driven.
- Willing to make a high volume of calls and conduct regular follow-ups.
- Prior experience in real estate pre-sales or property sales will be an advantage.
- Strong ability to convert enquiries into qualified leads and site visits.
- Skilled attitude with a customer-focused approach.
