The Role
You'll lead design from first sketch to construction-ready drawings, keep every discipline moving in sync, resolve clashes before they hit site, and make sure statutory approvals and GFC drawings never slow the build down. You'll mentor the team behind you and make the calls that keep design intent intact all the way to handover.
What You Bring
- B.Arch / M.Arch, 610 years in high-rise or large-scale residential design
- Robust command of AutoCAD, Revit
- Sharp instincts for regulations, site problems, and practical fixes
- The leadership to keep architects, engineers, and site teams aligned
Where
Chennai / project location, as required.
Full-Time | Salary open, based on experience.
