IT Support / System Engineer (Immediate Joiners)

Experience: 3 to 5 Years
Location: Chennai
Shift: Rotational Shift (24x5 Support)
Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise installation and deployment of new IT infrastructure.
- Provide end-user support for:
- Laptops & Desktops
- Mobile devices
- Printers
- Network-related issues
- Meeting room/AV support

- Support and manage Microsoft Active Directory environments.
- Administer Group Policies and infrastructure services such as:

- DHCP
- DNS
- Packaging
- Scripting

- Ensure PC builds comply with organizational standards.
- Generate reports, productivity metrics, and trend analysis.
- Identify and proactively address recurring issues.
- Work flexible shifts to support 24x5 operations.

Mandatory Skills





- Experience in end-user support for large user environments (1000+ users).
- Knowledge of ITIL processes (ITIL certification is a plus).
- Experience with ServiceNow and reporting/trend analysis.
- Willingness to learn automation and scripting tools.

Good to Have Skills

- Python scripting.
- Endpoint Security and Compliance:
- DLP (Data Loss Prevention)
- Encryption Technologies

- Solid problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Attention to detail and flexibility during peak support periods.
