Tint Tone & Shade is one of the premier luxury interior design firms in South India, specializing in high-end, bespoke residential and commercial spaces. We are looking for dynamic Business Managers who bring a dual background in hands-on interior design and client-facing sales execution.

In this individual contributor role, you will bridge the gap between creative design and revenue generation. You will meet clients, understand their spatial needs, craft customized design solutions alongside the creative team, and drive project closures.

Key Responsibilities

- Client Consultation & Pitching: Meet prospective clients, analyze space requirements, and pitch tailored luxury interior solutions combining technical design expertise with consultative selling.
- Design & Proposal Creation: Work directly on design concepts, layout planning, material selection, and BOQ/quotation generation to present compelling project proposals.
- Lead Conversion & Revenue Ownership:



Convert qualified leads into signed residential/commercial projects and consistently achieve individual sales targets.
- Negotiation & Deal Closure: Lead design presentations, handle client revisions, navigate budget discussions, and successfully close high-value contracts.
- Relationship Management & Handover: Act as the primary interface between the client and execution team, ensuring design accuracy, client satisfaction, and smooth project handovers.

Requirements

- Mandatory Education: Formal degree or diploma in Design (B.Arch / B.Des / Diploma in Interior Design).
- Dual Experience: 5+ years of core experience combining active interior designing/space planning and design sales/business development (interior design firms, premium modular furniture, or turnkey execution).
- Technical & Commercial Acumen: Robust proficiency in spatial layout design, BOQ estimation, design trends, and high-end material selection.
- Communication: Exceptional presentation, client management, and deal-closing skills.
