Job Title: HR Recruiter

Location: Hyderabad

Work Mode: Work from Office

Shift: Day Shift

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Gender Preference: Female Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Sunday Fixed Off)

Qualification

Any Graduate

Candidates who are currently pursuing graduation are not eligible.

Roles & Responsibilities

Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.

Conduct initial HR screening and assess candidate suitability.

Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.

Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Ensure a positive candidate experience and timely closures.

Eligibility Criteria & SalaryFreshers

Salary:

First 3 Months: 13,000 per month + Incentives

From 4th Month: 15,000 to 20,000 per month + Incentives

Performance incentives of up to 10,000 per month are applicable from the 1st month.

Candidates with 3+ Months of Relevant Experience





Eligible if you have at least 3 months of experience in any one of the following:

Salary:

15,000 to 20,000 per month + Incentives (from the 1st month)

Candidates with 6+ Months of Recruitment Experience

Salary: Up to 25,000 per month (based on previous salary and experience) + Incentives

Performance incentives of up to 10,000 per month from the 1st month.

Required Skills

Excellent communication skills (Mandatory)

Basic understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process

Positive interpersonal and coordination skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills are preferred
