Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ETL Developer to join our Business Intelligence and Operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, implementing, and maintaining robust data integration solutions, ETL processes, and data pipelines.

The candidate should have strong expertise in Data Warehousing, AWS Redshift, ETL development, SQL, Python, and database technologies. This role requires a professional who can work closely with business stakeholders, data analysts, and architects to understand requirements and deliver scalable data solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and implement data integration solutions using ETL tools and technologies.
- Develop and maintain ETL processes and data pipelines.
- Demonstrate robust understanding of Data Warehousing, DW design best practices, and data warehouse population.
- Work with data analysts, data architects, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and design appropriate solutions.
- Create and maintain ETL documentation, including data mappings, data dictionaries, and ETL workflows.
- Troubleshoot ETL issues and perform performance tuning of ETL jobs.
- Monitor and maintain ETL systems to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and data accuracy.




- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment of ETL jobs.
- Apply best practices for data transformation, orchestration, security, and data governance.
- Lead and mentor junior ETL Developers on complex projects.
- Communicate effectively with business teams, understand requirements, and drive projects through to completion.

Mandatory Skills

- 5+ years of experience in ETL Development and Data Warehousing.
- Strong and hands-on experience with AWS Redshift.
- Experience in Redshift data population, transformation, orchestration, security, and data governance.
- Strong knowledge of ETL tools such as:
- SSIS
- AWS Glue
- Informatica

- Strong proficiency in SQL.
- Experience with databases such as:

- Microsoft SQL Server
- Oracle
- MySQL

- Strong understanding of Data Warehousing and Data Modeling concepts.
- Experience in Data Integration and ETL pipeline development.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with business stakeholders.

Education

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
