- Develop and implement business process management strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, design solutions, and implement changes using agentic AI tools like Process Excellence.
- Analyze data to measure performance metrics, identify trends, and optimize processes to achieve desired outcomes.
- Provide leadership guidance on artificial intelligence implementation across the organization.
Job Requirements :
- 9-14 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry.
- Robust understanding of business process management principles and methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma).
- Proficiency in Agilent AI platform or similar tools for process re-engineering.
- Experience working with large datasets to drive insights-driven decision making.
