This is contract consulting work, not a permanent job.

- You are engaged for a fixed scope and a fixed period 2 months to start, extendable to year end on performance.
- You invoice for the work. No offer letter, no PF, no gratuity, no appraisal, no bench.
- Fixed hours: 5:00 PM IST to 1:00 AM IST, Monday to Friday. Not negotiable.
- 40 - 50 hours per week.
- Payment: INR 3 Lakhs as a single lump sum at the end of the 2 months. No advance, no milestone payments. Extension is INR 1.5 Lakhs per month.
- You own the delivery end to end and speak to the US client directly. No one hands you daily tasks.
- No dual employment. If you are employed full-time elsewhere, this will be checked.

The Work

Build MuleSoft (Mule 4) ETL integrations for a US client: extract from Oracle (JDBC) and SFTP file feeds, transform in Mule, load into Salesforce Account, Order and Order Line Item (OLI), maintaining parent-child relationships.

This is a pure MuleSoft role. Salesforce is the destination system only no Apex, no Lightning, no Salesforce admin work.

You own both the integration design and the hands-on build.

What you will do:

- Build Mule 4 flows from Oracle JDBC and SFTP (CSV, fixed-width, XML, JSON) into Salesforce.
- Use the Salesforce Connector Bulk API v1/v2, upsert by External ID, composite/tree for parent-child loads.




- Build incremental / watermarked, idempotent pipelines and reliable SFTP file handling.
- Write DataWeave 2.0 transformations complex mappings, lookups, aggregations.
- Implement error handling, retries, dead-letter routing, logging, alerting and reconciliation.
- Tune for high-volume loads within Salesforce API and governor limits.
- Deploy to CloudHub / Runtime Fabric with CI/CD (Maven, Git, Jenkins / GitHub Actions / Azure DevOps).
- Write MUnit tests, documentation, source-to-target mappings and runbooks.
- Join daily standups with the US client during the overlap window.

Must Have

- 6+ years IT experience with strong hands-on MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (Mule 4).
- Prior consulting, contracting or freelance experience — at least one engagement outside permanent employment.
- MuleSoft Salesforce Connector — Bulk API v1/v2, upsert by External ID, Account Order OLI parent-child loads.
- Salesforce data model from an integration view — Account, Order, OLI, Pricebook, standard vs custom fields.
- MuleSoft Database Connector / JDBC against Oracle — performant extracts, incremental / CDC patterns.
- MuleSoft SFTP Connector — scheduled pickups, archival, file locking, large files.
- Strong DataWeave 2.0.
- CloudHub / Runtime Fabric deployment and CI/CD for Mule.
- MUnit test cases.
- Error handling, retry / dead-letter patterns, security (OAuth 2.0, JWT, mTLS), observability.
- Direct experience working with US-based clients; excellent spoken and written English.
- Availability 5:00 PM – 1:00 AM IST, 40–50 hours per week.
