This is contract consulting work, not a permanent job.

- You are engaged for a defined scope and a defined period on a client project. Engagements extend on performance.
- You invoice monthly for the work. No offer letter, no PF, no gratuity, no appraisal, no bench.
- Fixed hours: 5:00 PM IST to 1:00 AM IST, Monday to Friday. Not negotiable.
- 40–50 hours per week.
- Payment: INR 75,000 to INR 1,25,000 per month depending on experience and the project. Paid monthly against your invoice — this is a monthly rate, not a lump sum.
- You own the delivery end to end and speak to the US client directly. No one hands you daily tasks.
- No dual employment. If you are employed full time elsewhere, this will be checked.

The Work

Build and extend Salesforce Sales Cloud for US clients — custom development, configuration and integration. You work directly with the client, gather the requirement yourself, and deliver it.

What you will do:

- Design and build scalable solutions in Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- Develop with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL and SOSL.




- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST / SOAP APIs and middleware.
- Configure and optimise Flows, validation rules, security model, and legacy workflow / process builder.
- Gather requirements directly from client stakeholders and recommend the right approach.
- Maintain data quality and integrity — dedupe, migration, mass updates.
- Write unit tests, meet coverage, and fix defects quickly.
- Produce technical documentation and handover artifacts.
- Join daily standups with the US client during the overlap window.

Must Have

- 3+ years hands-on Salesforce development and customisation.
- Prior consulting, contracting or freelance experience — at least one engagement outside permanent employment.
- Strong Apex, LWC, SOQL, SOSL; Visualforce where legacy code requires it.
- Strong working knowledge of Sales Cloud — Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Products, Pricebooks, forecasting.
- Salesforce integration experience — REST / SOAP APIs, and middleware (MuleSoft, Informatica or similar).
- Configuration depth — Flows, validation rules, sharing and security, page layouts.
- Direct experience working with US-based clients; excellent spoken and written English.
- Availability 5:00 PM – 1:00 AM IST, 40–50 hours per week.

Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I / II, Sales Cloud Consultant) • CI/CD for Salesforce (Git, Jenkins, Copado, Gearset) • Salesforce CPQ • Service Cloud • Einstein / CRM Analytics • Agile delivery.
