The Volume Reporting (VR) Analyst is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timely processing of distributor-reported volume data across PepsiCo systems.
The VR Analyst plays a key role in data validation, issue resolution, system setup, and compliance with SOX controls, while partnering cross-functionally with distributors, Sales, DMO, and Analytics teams.
Role & responsibilities
Review and validate distributor volume reports.
- Perform checks against predefined control points.
- Identify and resolve data issues including:
- Missing/incorrect Product IDs, Chain IDs, DCs
- Inactive or duplicate records
- Data-related discrepancies
- Coordinate with distributors to correct missing or incorrect data.
- Ensure delivering work tasks adhering to SLAs and OLAs.
Preferred candidate profile
- 3-6 years of experience in Data Operations Finance/Sales.
- Valuable data skills and ability work through large data sets.
- Excellent analytical, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office programs specifically Excel.
- Strong communication, team work and collaboration skills.
- Highly organized and responsive, with ability to work to SLAs and tight deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively and proactively with multi-functional teams.
- Be flexible, organized, and able to handle competing priorities.
