Key ResponsibilitiesPartnership Development and RevenueLead strategic supplier and technology partnership initiatives to drive partner-led growth and revenue. Identify and activate joint go-to-market opportunities, co-sell motions, and partner-funded programs, and standup new partnership revenue streams in line with the strategy set with partnership leadership.Partner Program ManagementManage Microsoft Partner Center and Partner Network activities, including marketplace listings, program compliance, and maximizing available partnership benefits. Maintain partner documentation, governance trackers, and program workflows, and keep certifications and program requirements current.Project and Technical CoordinationManage partnership programs and initiatives to completion, owning timelines, dependencies, and delivery. Work directly with technical teams to build out partner integrations and joint solutions, and use AI and up-to-date tools to run partnership operations efficiently. Track activity in Jira for visibility and accountability.Go-to-Market and Stakeholder CollaborationDevelop and execute partner go-to-market strategies. Manage collaboration across leadership, sales, delivery teams, and partner organizations to support market expansion. Coordinate proposal opportunities and registrations with government and enterprise organizations, and support supplier diversity initiatives.Partner Marketing and EventsPlan and execute technology events, webinars, sponsorships, and partner engagement initiatives to build brand visibility and market presence. Develop partner-facing content and collateral, including solution decks, case studies, and thought leadership, and run co-marketing campaigns and digital and social activity that support partner programs.Required QualificationsPartnerships





- Seven to nine years in strategic partnerships, alliances, or partner marketing within a technology or IT services company
- Hands-on experience managing technology partner programs, such as the Microsoft Partner Network or Partner Center, including compliance and benefits
- Track record of driving partner-led growth, joint go-to-market activity, and co-sell or partner-sourced pipeline
- Experience coordinating proposals and registrations with government or enterprise organizations, and familiarity with supplier diversity programs

Technical and Project Management

- Demonstrated track record of using AI to automate work, such as content generation, research, and outreach
- High proficiency with CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and partner or outreach tools and platforms
- Experience building and maintaining websites, with a development background or a computer science minor, or equivalent hands-on technical experience
- Highly technical and capable, able to work effectively with technical teams to build out partnerships and drive projects to completion
- Proficient with Jira or comparable project management software

Leadership and Communication

- Experience developing go-to-market strategies and partner-facing content, including decks, case studies, and thought leadership
- Ability to plan and run technology events, webinars, and sponsorships
- Strong stakeholder management across leadership, sales, delivery, and partner organizations
- Excellent written and verbal communication, comfortable presenting to senior leadership

Preferred QualificationsExperience across multiple partner ecosystems (Microsoft, Google, ServiceNow, UiPath, or similar). Background in a marketing or business development role that combined partnerships with go-to-market execution.
