- Strong knowledge of file transfer solutions: XFB Gateway, CFT, MFT/Globalscape,

SecureTransport, Sentinel

- Be able to use file transfer protocols: FTP, SFTP, PESIT, AS2, etc.
- Ability to install, monitor, improve, and troubleshoot middleware platforms
- Solid knowledge of user management and system security (SSH, certificates, access control)
- Good scripting skills (Shell, PowerShell or equivalent) for automation
- Valuable experience with the Elastic Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) for dashboarding,

metrics, and alerting

- Ability to build custom monitoring dashboards and configure alerts for middleware

components

PREFERRED TECHNICAL COMPENTENCIES

- Knowledge with Prometheus, Grafana, or equivalent tools is a plus
- Operating Systems & Tools
