- Hands-on experience in DevOps, SRE, Cloud Infrastructure, or Systems Engineering
- Strong ownership of production infrastructure and deployments
- Ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve production issues
- Comfortable working in an early-stage, quick-paced environment
- Experience with personal infrastructure projects, home labs, or open-source contributions is a plus
- Willingness to participate in production on-call support
