- Work from the client location and provide dedicated laptop hardware support.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot laptop hardware issues.
- Repair and replace faulty laptop components such as RAM, HDD/SSD, keyboard, battery, display, motherboard, and other hardware parts.
- Perform laptop assembly and disassembly as required.
- Carry out preventive maintenance and health checks of client laptops.
- Coordinate with the spare parts team for replacement and repairs.
- Maintain records of repaired and serviced laptops.
- Ensure all client laptops are in valuable working condition and available for business operations.
Preferred candidate profile
- ITI / Diploma / PUC candidates preferred.
- Basic knowledge of laptop hardware troubleshooting and repair.
- Experience in Dell, Lenovo, HP, or other branded laptop servicing is an added advantage.
- Ability to assemble and disassemble laptops confidently.
- Knowledge of replacing laptop components such as RAM, HDD/SSD, keyboard, battery, display, and motherboard.
- Willing to work from the client location as a Resident Engineer.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Freshers with strong hardware knowledge can also apply.
- Candidates residing near the job location will be preferred.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
