Role & responsibilities

- Develop and maintain ERP modules (attendance, fees, timetable, communication, etc.) across web (React JS) and mobile (Flutter)
- Design and build backend services and APIs using .NET (C#)
- Manage and optimize PostgreSQL databases schema design, queries, performance tuning
- Integrate Firebase for auth, push notifications, and real-time features
- Debug, patch, and support production issues for live school deployments
- Collaborate with the product team to translate school/admin requirements into technical solutions
- Write clean, documented, maintainable code and participate in code reviews
- Manage the team of junior developers

Preferred candidate profile

- 4+ years of experience in full-stack development
- Robust proficiency in React JS and Flutter
- Solid experience with .NET / C# for backend development
- Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL (schema design,



optimization)
- Familiarity with Firebase (Auth, Firestore/Realtime DB, Cloud Messaging)
- Understanding of REST API design and integration
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple modules

Good to Have

- Prior experience in EdTech or ERP systems
- Exposure to multi-tenant SaaS architecture
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment (Azure/AWS)
