Understanding and shaping the technology landscape for IBM BPM and workflow domain

Understand business needs and provide solutions aligned with standards

Engage stakeholders, provide updates, and highlight risks/blockers

Adhere to application development processes and standards

Identify learning needs and mentor team members

Drive teams through technical challenges

Lead multiple technical delivery projects

Lead IBM BPM implementation initiatives

Work with regional teams to design and validate workflow solutions

Manage internal and external stakeholders/vendors [IBM BPM JD | Word]

Required Skills

Translate business requirements into technical solutions

Act as SME throughout workflow solution implementation

Robust understanding of workflow technologies and best practices

Lead workflow project design and development

Drive requirements gathering, design, implementation, and closure

Expert-level IBM BPM development experience with delivery leadership

IBM BPM 8.5.6 and IBM BPM BAW are mandatory

Cloud, Web Services, APIs, and Integration experience preferred

Knowledge of other BPM tools is an advantage
