Job Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise day-to-day operations at the coal testing site.
- Plan and manage manpower deployment as per site requirements.
- Oversee laboratory activities and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
- Coordinate with the client for smooth execution of testing and site activities.
- Monitor work progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
- Prepare and submit regular reports to the client and management.
- Ensure proper documentation and records related to site and laboratory activities.
- Address operational issues and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.
- Ensure compliance with applicable quality, safety, and client requirements.
- Perform other job-related activities as assigned.

Essential Qualification & Experience

- Qualification: B.Tech./B.E. in any discipline or MBA.
- Experience: Relevant experience in coal testing / coal laboratory operations site is mandatory.
- Solid manpower management, client coordination, reporting, and site management skills.
- Willingness to work at the client site in Dhanbad.
