- Provide high-quality patient care to pediatric patients in PICU, NICU, and DCH settings.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop treatment plans for critically ill newborns and children.
- Conduct daily rounds, monitor patient progress, and update medical records accurately.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and reduce morbidity.
Job Requirements :
- MD/dch/DNB Medicine degree from a recognized institution.
- Completion of Pediatrics residency program (DNB preferred).
- 0-5 years of experience working as a Senior Resident Doctor or equivalent role.
