We're hiring a Sales Manager – CTV to drive strategic business growth across Connected TV (CTV), OTT, Digital Media, and Programmatic Video Advertising for North India.

This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on building brand & agency relationships and closing high-value deals in the fast-growing video advertising space.

What We're Looking For:
5+ years of experience in Digital Media Sales, CTV/OTT Sales, or Programmatic Sales
Strong, established relationships with brands and media/agency trading desks
Proven track record of closing high-value, high-impact deals
Solid understanding of the programmatic ecosystem (DSPs, SSPs, ad tech platforms)




Consultative selling approach with excellent communication and negotiation skills
A hunter mindset — comfortable driving new business, not just managing existing accounts

What You'll Own:
End-to-end sales cycle — prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closure
Revenue growth across CTV, OTT, YouTube, and premium programmatic video inventory
Strategic relationships with brand marketers and top-tier media agencies
Sales pipeline management, forecasting, and performance reporting
