Roles and Responsibilities :

Supplier Quality Management, New Product Development & APQP, Supplier Development & Process Excellence, Incoming Quality Assurance

- Develop and implement supplier quality plans to ensure compliance with customer requirements and industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in supplier performance and develop strategies for implementation.
- Conduct regular audits of suppliers to assess their capabilities, processes, and products against PPAP documentation.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings through process improvements and negotiations with suppliers.

- 18-25 years of experience in automotive industry or related field.
- Robust knowledge of SQA (Supplier Quality Assurance) principles and practices.
- Proven track record in developing effective supplier quality management systems.
