Hiring: Executive / Sr. Executive Rooftop Solar Sales

Location: Noida

Experience: 1–4 Years

Department: Energy / Sales

Key Responsibilities

* Generate leads through field visits, RWAs, channel partners & referrals.

* Meet customers and explain Rooftop Solar, Savings & Subsidy Benefits.

* Conduct site visits/surveys and coordinate with EPC partners.

* Follow up with customers and convert leads into orders.

* Support PM Surya Ghar Subsidy & Net Metering documentation.

* Coordinate installation, commissioning & customer handover.

* Maintain CRM and track project pipeline.

Candidate Requirements

* Experience in Solar / Electrical / Telecom / Insurance / Consumer Durables / Field Sales.

* Two-wheeler + Valid Driving Licence is mandatory.

* Good communication & negotiation skills.

* Solid customer handling and follow-up skills.

* Diploma/B.Tech preferred; relevant graduates can also apply.

* Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
