- Preparation and Finalisation of Monthly FG Schedule. ( M1, M2, M3 )
- Raw Material and Components schedule / requirement finalisation for the month. ( M1, M2, M3 )
- Follow up with all concern and ensure Adherence and compliance for Finalised Breaker and Accessories Schedule.
- Regular interaction with shop, SMD, DSSG and concerned depts
- Ensure Raw Material Component availability for assembly line as per Plan , Ensure Stock Norms of RM Components.
- Control on Inventory and WIP as per Target / Budget, reduction in non Moving / Slow Moving Inventory
- Tracking and ensure completion on time of Urgent, White Label and Specific order.
- Communicate to Customer about commitment and related activities.
- Prepare Weekly plan for FG SKUs, Inhouse components and co-ordinate to ensure material availability accordingly.
Requirements
- Experience: 3 -6 years
- Positive Understanding of Production planning process, SAP knowledge on MM, PP module
