Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using Python and React.js, Node.js, Next.js.
- Build responsive, intuitive, and user-friendly interfaces that deliver an exceptional user experience.
- Develop secure and scalable RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, QA Engineers, AI Engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
- Design and integrate databases while ensuring efficient data management.
- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical design decisions.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues in development and production environments.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and DevOps best practices.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to products and development processes.
- Write unit tests, integration tests, and participate in quality assurance processes to ensure code reliability.
- Monitor application performance and logging to identify and resolve production issues.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering,



or a related field.
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience in Full-Stack Development.
- Strong proficiency in Python for backend development.
- Hands-on experience with React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend development practices.
- Experience developing RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Strong understanding of relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL, along with experience using NoSQL databases like MongoDB.
- Experience with Git, Docker, and CI/CD tools.
- Working knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, object-oriented programming, and secure coding practices.
- Experience with unit testing and integration testing frameworks.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies and sprint-based workflows.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.

Good to Have
- Experience with Azure Synapse Analytics or other modern cloud-based data analytics platforms.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
- Experience working with AI/ML-powered applications or integrating Generative AI services.
- Knowledge of authentication and authorization frameworks such as OAuth 2.0, JWT, and SSO.
- Exposure to Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation) and monitoring tools.
