Role & responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Jewellery Store Manager to lead sales growth, design profitable festive offers, manage daily showroom operations, and ensure exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in a gold/diamond jewellery showroom and a strong understanding of retail margins and inventory control.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue Growth

- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets

- Design and execute festive offers (Akshaya Tritiya, Diwali, Wedding Season, etc.)

- Plan schemes that increase footfall without affecting profit margins

- Monitor staff targets and daily conversion ratios

Marketing & Promotions

- Develop cutting-edge sales campaigns and customer retention programs

- Coordinate with digital marketing teams for social media promotions

- Build VIP customer relationships and referral networks

Operations Management

- Supervise complete showroom operations

- Ensure stock accuracy and minimize shrinkage





- Monitor gold inventory, wastage control, and making charge strategy

- Maintain display standards and customer service quality

Team Leadership

- Recruit, train, and manage sales executives

- Motivate team to achieve targets

- Maintain discipline and professional showroom environment

Requirements

- Minimum 46 years experience in Jewellery Retail (Gold/Diamond showroom mandatory)

- Strong knowledge of gold purity, wastage calculation, making charges & margin strategy

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets

- Leadership and decision-making skills

- Good communication skills (Tamil & English preferred)
