Job Responsibility

- Apply broad functional and fundamental knowledge of supply chain planning, execution, and fulfilment processes to support company-wide supply chain transformation programs.
- Assist project management with execution of all project milestones: requirements gathering (blueprint), design (functional spec and prototyping), testing (user acceptance testing), training/documentation (roll-out), and cut-over.
- Architect and analyse solution options that meet business requirements and maximize business benefit Support business units with analysing and troubleshooting complex business problems and delivering scalable and automated system/technical solutions.
- Able to put on multiple hats: Business Analyst, Data Analyst, System Analyst and communicate effectively to a diverse audience, including leadership, to articulate complex planning scenarios, trade-offs, and its impact to business minimum Qualifications.
- Proven track record of implementing and supporting custom extensions to out-of-the-box planning solutions.
- Comfortable working with large data sets, scripting language like JavaScript, Python and any data Analytical tool is a plus.




- Strong documentation skills for project deliverables, like functional specifications, solutions assessment matrix, etc.

Desirable skills:

- Bachelors degree in Mechanical /Computer Science / Production/Industrial/Operations
- MBA/Masters in SCM / Operations
- 1-4 years Supply Chain Planning & Simulation solution space.
- 2-4 years hands on experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse will be preferable.
- Experience in software development and database query tools is optional.
- Strong problem solving and analytical/critical thinking skills.
- Robust verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work on multiple and often competing issues at the same time.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent Knowledge of Advance Excel (V-lookup, Pivot Table)
- Ability to work independently or with limited direction.
