Job Description

Timely collections

1. Close coordination and follow up with customer for mapping the movement of at various process level for timely collection as per MSA.
2. Supporting the proper recording and reporting of collection figures.
3. Implementation of the collection strategies designed by collection head.
4. Coordinating the efforts of our circle team in the same direction.
5. Maintaining DSO

Internal and external satisfaction

1. Supporting the internal team with timely information on data related to outstanding, billing logics and data base correction.
2. Supporting the external customers with resolution of their queries on billing and database and coordination of issuance of credit notes if required.
3. CSAT





Initiative in implementing billing and collection integration for enlarged Indus.

1. Co-ordination with Customers and internal stakeholders for smooth integration.
2. Process Integration: Billing, AR & Collection.
3. Interaction with other verticals for implementation
4. Training / guide to circle vertical teams

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum Educational Qualifications to perform this job:

M.B.A (Regular)

Knowledge Required

Analytical, process oriented, up for the moment

Skills / Competencies

Customer Centric approach, solution & result oriented, high patience level
