Bharat School is an education technology company providing live Mathematics and Science learning programs for students from Grades 2 to 10. Our programs combine conceptual teaching by IIT/NIT-qualified educators, guided practice, worksheets, assessments, academic mentoring, parent-teacher interactions, and Olympiad-oriented problem-solving.

Role Overview

We are looking for confident and result-oriented Sales Executives who can speak with parents, understand their childs academic requirements, explain our learning programs, and guide them through the enrolment process.

The role involves working with leads generated through our marketing campaigns and demonstration courses, maintaining regular follow-ups, and converting interested parents into paid enrolments.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact parents through telephone and WhatsApp and introduce Bharat School’s learning programs.
- Understand the student’s grade, academic challenges, and learning requirements.
- Explain the program structure, teaching methodology, features, fees, and expected benefits clearly.
- Counsel parents and recommend the most suitable course for their child.
- Follow up consistently with interested parents and address their questions or concerns.
- Convert qualified leads into paid enrolments and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Assist parents with the payment and enrolment process.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, payments, and lead status.
- Coordinate with the academic, mentor, and operations teams when required.




- Build trust with parents through honest, professional, and student-focused communication.
- Share parent feedback and common concerns with the management team.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Good verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Ability to communicate confidently and professionally with parents.
- Strong listening, counselling, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable working in a target-oriented sales environment.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems, spreadsheets, and WhatsApp communication.
- Willingness to work from the Bengaluru office.
- Ability to work during parent-friendly calling hours and on weekends when required.

Preferred Experience

- 0–3 years of experience in sales, telesales, academic counselling, customer engagement, or business development.
- Previous experience in EdTech, education counselling, insurance, banking, or other B2C sales roles will be preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and an interest in sales may also apply.
