Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage electrical design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.

- Lead a team of engineers and technicians to achieve project goals, providing guidance on technical aspects.

- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes.

- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, codes, and standards (IS/IEC).

Desired Candidate Profile

- 15-23 years of experience in Electrical Design Engineering or related field.

- Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. degree in Electrical or relevant discipline.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Solid Works, 3D Modeling, Mechanical Design, Transformer Design & Analysis using SPICE software.
