Field service Engineer will be the part of the Western Service Team located in Goa and will report to the Service Manager, Mumbai and will be fully remote.
Responsibilities
- Completing and successfully passing assigned training tasks on assigned products and responsibilities.
- Perform high quality installation, repair and maintenance on mass spec instruments and handling escalation call.
- Handles critical calls and Being customer centric.
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record Physical/Setting Requirements
- Ability to travel - Ability and willingness to travel, overnight /outstation calls with short notice, if require.
- Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to any other physical requirements.
It would be an added advantage if you also possess previous experience in:
- Chromatography, Mass spectrometer
Essential requirements
- Candidate should have Bachelor Degree of engineering
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in instruments like GC, HPLC, Mass spectrometer
- In-depth understanding of analytical instrumentation in Service, specific to mass spectrometry and experience related to Mass Spec and HPLC
- Must have knowledge of computer handling ,MS office .
- Need fluency in English ( Writing / Verbal)
