- Managing hospital sourcing for assigned relationship for loans and insurance.
- Engage with hospital to build and strengthen relationships.
- Ensuring timely revert on hospital's queries.
- Managing FOS at hospitals for loans and insurance sales in conjunction with hospital staff.
- Daily reporting of key metrics for the hospitals for driving velocity.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- MBA from a reputed institute with a minimum 1-3 years of experience.
- Prior & relevant experience in the financial services industry or healthcare industry would be an added advantage.
- Demonstrated success & achievement orientation.
- Strong bias for action & driving results in a high performance environment.
- Should have excellent communication skills along with solid presentation and data analytics skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Acceptable level of proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel).
