Job Description: Full Stack Architect (.NET 8+, React, Azure/GCP)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Architect with strong expertise in .NET 8+, React.js, Microservices, and Cloud Technologies (Azure/GCP). The ideal candidate will lead the architecture, design, and implementation of scalable enterprise applications across frontend, backend, and cloud platforms. This role requires a combination of technical leadership, hands-on architecture, cloud-native development, and mentoring capabilities.

Required Skills

Backend Architecture

Strong expertise in .NET Core/.NET 8 and above, ASP.NET Core, and C#.

Proven experience designing and architecting enterprise-scale applications, RESTful APIs, and Microservices.

Deep understanding of Design Patterns, SOLID Principles, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), Clean Architecture, and Event-Driven Architecture.

Strong experience with Entity Framework Core, SQL Server, NoSQL databases, and database design optimization.

Expertise in API Security, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, JWT, authentication and authorization frameworks.

Experience in application performance tuning, scalability, resiliency, and observability.

Frontend Architecture

Strong expertise in React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.

Experience designing and implementing large-scale frontend architectures and reusable component libraries.

Knowledge of state management frameworks such as Redux, Context API, or Zustand.

Experience building responsive and accessible applications using modern UI frameworks.





Strong understanding of frontend security best practices, performance optimization, and Micro Frontend architecture.

Cloud & DevOps

Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized application deployment.

Robust knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.

Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Experience implementing cloud-native architectures and distributed systems.

Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools such as Application Insights, Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, or OpenTelemetry.

Good to Have

Experience with event streaming platforms such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Azure Service Bus.

Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Bicep, ARM Templates, or similar tools.

Experience with Micro Frontends and Server-Side Rendering (SSR).

Exposure to AI/ML integrations, Azure OpenAI, or cloud-native AI services.

Experience with API Gateways, Service Mesh, and distributed caching solutions such as Redis.

Understanding of security frameworks, threat modeling, and enterprise compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Define and drive the end-to-end architecture for enterprise applications across frontend, backend, and cloud platforms.





Lead the design and implementation of React-based frontend applications integrated with .NET 8 microservices.

Architect scalable, secure, and resilient cloud-native solutions on Azure and/or GCP.

Design and implement Microservices, API-first architectures, and event-driven systems.

Establish architecture standards, coding guidelines, development frameworks, and best practices.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, UX teams, and engineering teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Conduct architecture reviews, design reviews, and code reviews across frontend and backend teams.

Drive modernization initiatives including cloud migration, application transformation, and platform engineering.

Ensure high standards of security, performance, reliability, maintainability, and scalability.

Mentor engineering teams and provide technical leadership across multiple projects.

Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

10+ years of software development experience with at least 3+ years in architectural leadership roles.

Proven success in delivering large-scale enterprise applications using React, .NET, Microservices, and Cloud Platforms.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and leading distributed teams.
