Job Summary

RMED Solutions is looking for an experienced AR Caller to join our medical billing team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Physical Billing AR Calling and be comfortable communicating with insurance companies and resolving outstanding accounts receivable.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform AR calling and follow up on outstanding medical billing claims.
- Contact insurance companies to verify claim status, payment status, denials, and pending claims.
- Identify the reason for claim denials, rejections, and underpayments and take appropriate action.
- Follow up on unpaid and partially paid claims within the required timelines.
- Review EOBs/ERAs and insurance correspondence to determine the appropriate resolution.
- Document all payer interactions, claim status, and follow-up actions accurately.
- Coordinate with internal billing teams to resolve claim-related issues.
- Escalate complex or unresolved payer issues when required.




- Meet daily productivity and quality targets while maintaining accuracy.
- Ensure timely and effective follow-up on assigned AR accounts.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1–3 years of experience in Physical Billing AR Calling.
- Strong knowledge of the US healthcare/medical billing process.
- Good understanding of insurance claims, denials, EOBs/ERAs, and AR follow-up.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to communicate confidently with insurance representatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with medical billing systems.
