Role & responsibilities

- Strong Land Acquisition / Land Procurement experience.
- Excellent landowner and mediator network.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of Karnataka land laws and documentation.
- Understanding of RTC, Mutation, EC, Khata, DC Conversion and Title Documents.
- Strong knowledge of Bangalore/Karnataka real estate market.
- Ability to identify commercially viable land parcels.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Good analytical and financial feasibility understanding.
- Ability to independently manage land acquisition transactions.
- Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
- Kannada communication skills are highly preferred.
