We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sr. Project Engineer with 8+ years of experience in executing large-scale residential projects including high-rise buildings and villa developments. The candidate should possess strong leadership abilities, excellent project execution skills, and hands-on experience in Mivan construction technology.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage end-to-end construction activities for high-rise and villa projects.
• Plan, execute, monitor, and complete projects within timelines and budget.
• Handle Mivan shuttering execution, structural coordination, and quality control.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Monitor project schedules, manpower planning, material management, and site progress.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality parameters, and statutory regulations.
• Conduct project review meetings and submit progress reports to management.
• Drive productivity and ensure timely achievement of project milestones.
• Resolve site-level technical and operational challenges effectively.
• Manage client and stakeholder coordination during project execution. Required Skills
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent knowledge of Mivan construction methodology.
• Expertise in high-rise residential and villa project execution.
• Robust understanding of project planning and construction management.
• Good knowledge of quality, safety, and site execution standards.
• Ability to manage multiple teams and fast-track project delivery.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Qualification
• BE / BTech in Civil Engineering.
