Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and result-driven Travel Consultant – Short Haul to join our B2C holiday sales team.

The ideal candidate should have experience in handling holiday package enquiries, understanding customer requirements, preparing customised itineraries and converting enquiries into confirmed bookings.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys travel, customer interaction, sales and achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle B2C enquiries for domestic and short-haul international holiday packages.
- Understand customer travel requirements, preferences, budget and expectations.
- Recommend suitable destinations, hotels, sightseeing and travel experiences.
- Create customised holiday packages and detailed itineraries.
- Share quotations and explain package inclusions, exclusions and travel options.
- Follow up with leads regularly and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Handle customer queries, objections and negotiations professionally.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.




- Maintain proper records of leads, quotations, follow-ups and confirmed bookings.
- Coordinate with the Operations team for smooth booking confirmation and customer handover.
- Build strong customer relationships to generate repeat and referral business.

Candidate Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in B2C Travel Sales / Holiday Package Sales.
- Experience in selling domestic and/or international holiday packages.
- Good knowledge of popular short-haul destinations such as Thailand, Dubai, Bali, Singapore, Malaysia, Sri Lanka, Vietnam, etc.
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
- Valuable sales, follow-up, negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven sales environment.
- Basic knowledge of itinerary building and travel package costing.
- Proactive, confident and performance-oriented personality.

Salary & Growth

- Monthly Salary: 24,000 – 30,000
- 80% Fixed + 20% Variable
