Job Description Store Assistant RMC Plant

Position: Store Assistant
Department: Stores / Operations
Location: Wagholi , Awhalwadi, Pune
Reporting To: Store In-charge / Plant Head

Job Summary:

Responsible for day-to-day store operations, inventory management, material receipt/issue, stock records, and proper storage at the RMC Plant.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle daily store and inventory activities.
- Receive, verify, and issue materials as required.
- Maintain GRN, stock registers, issue slips, and inventory records.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages/reorder requirements.
- Conduct physical stock verification.
- Maintain proper storage and housekeeping.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Accounts, Maintenance, and Plant Operations.




- Maintain records in Excel/system.
- Support stock audits and other store-related activities.
- Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of store & inventory management.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel & MS Office.
- Positive documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Basic knowledge of GRN, stock records, and material handling.
- Qualification & Experience

- Diploma / Graduate preferred.
- 1–3 years’ experience in Stores, Warehouse, Inventory, RMC, or Construction preferred. Role & responsibilities
