Role Overview

The AVP Information Technology will be responsible for leading day-to-day IT operations, infrastructure delivery, and execution of the company’s internal technology roadmap and consulting enablement. Reporting to the VP – IT, this role will drive hands-on execution of cloud environments, multi-location network stability, enterprise compliance, and service delivery across US and India operations.

Key Responsibilities

- IT Strategy Execution & Leadership: Assist the VP – IT in executing the overall IT vision, translating organizational goals into tactical IT plans, and leading multi-tiered infrastructure and support teams.
- Technology Delivery & Consulting Support: Oversee solution architecture execution, technical delivery frameworks, and support client engagements; maintain hands-on expertise in Microsoft 365 (O365), AWS, and hybrid cloud platforms.
- Infrastructure & Multi-Location Systems Management: Manage day-to-day multi-tenant and multi-forest environments across USA and India sites; ensure high system reliability, cloud/network uptime, and smooth integration of on-premises and cloud server environments.
- Digital Transformation & DevOps Operations: Implement cloud migration tasks, automation pipelines, and modern DevOps practices to enhance operational agility and service capabilities.
- Cybersecurity, Compliance & BCP: Enforce strict security frameworks to ensure full compliance with SOC 2, HITRUST, HIPAA, and ISO standards; manage risk mitigations, system redundancy, and Disaster Recovery (DR) readiness.
- Stakeholder & Pre-Sales Technical Support: Partner with internal business units and sales teams to provide technical inputs for RFPs, client security audits, and technical solutioning.
- Financial Oversight & Vendor Operations: Track operational IT expenditure (OPEX), manage technology vendor SLAs, software licensing compliance, and cost-optimization efforts under the direction of the VP – IT.
- Team Management & Capability Building:



Directly mentor system administrators, network engineers, and IT leads, fostering a culture of ownership, rapid troubleshooting, and technical growth.

Qualifications & Experience

- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (MBA/M.Tech preferred).
- Experience: 12 to 15+ years of total IT experience, with 4 to 6+ years in a senior managerial or leadership role (Senior IT Manager / Director / AVP).
- Industry Background: Robust experience in IT services, Healthcare RCM, or IT consulting organizations is highly preferred.
- Technical Exposure: Proven hands-on track record with multi-tenant/multi-forest M365 environments, AWS/Azure infrastructure, hybrid servers, and US healthcare compliance regulations.

- Operational Uptime: Maintenance of target IT infrastructure uptime (99.9%+) across US & India locations.
- Audit Compliance: Zero critical non-compliances in HIPAA, SOC 2, HITRUST, and ISO audits.
- SLA & Resolution Time: Adherence to internal IT service delivery SLAs and incident resolution targets.
- Project Delivery: On-time execution of IT transformation, security patching, and cloud migration initiatives.
- Cost Efficiency: Effective tracking and optimization of operational IT expenses against allocated budgets.
