Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations at our Bidadi facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring production targets are achieved while maintaining quality, safety, and productivity standards. The candidate should possess solid leadership skills and experience in managing shop floor activities and manpower.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet production plans and schedules.
- Monitor machine utilization, productivity, and process efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and production specifications.
- Manage shop floor manpower, allocate work, and monitor employee performance.
- Minimize downtime by coordinating with maintenance and engineering teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Monitor production output and prepare daily production reports.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Train and guide production operators and technicians on operational procedures.
- Coordinate with Quality, Planning, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams for smooth operations.




- Ensure proper housekeeping and implementation of 5S practices on the production floor.
- Handle shift operations and resolve day-to-day production issues.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Experience in supervising production teams and shop floor operations.
- Knowledge of production planning, quality control, and safety practices.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, TPM, 5S, and Kaizen principles will be an added advantage.
- Basic computer proficiency in MS Office and production reporting tools.
