Job Purpose:
Handle end-to-end procurement for construction projects ensuring timely material availability, cost optimization, and vendor compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Procurement of construction and finishing materials

- Vendor development, negotiation, and rate finalization

- Preparation and release of POs, rate contracts, and agreements

- Coordination with project, planning, QS/Billing, and finance teams

- Ensure material availability as per construction schedules

- Cost control, budget tracking, and price trend analysis

- Handle site-level procurement issues and escalations





- Maintain procurement documentation and policy compliance

- Monitor inventory, logistics, and material consumption

- Lead and guide junior procurement team members

Key Materials:
Cement, steel, blocks, tiles, sanitary ware, plumbing items, doors/windows,

Qualification:
BE / BTech / Diploma / Graduation (MBA Supply Chain preferred)
