Position: Deputy Manager - Recent Product Industrialization

Qualifications

- B. E/ B. Tech (Mechanical / Electrical)

Experience

- 3 - 6 yrs

- Ahmednagar

Key Responsibilities

- Assembly Engineering in New Product Development.
- End to end experience of Product development cycle preferably in Switchgear industry.
- Line Establishment of New Products, Yield Improvement, Problem Resolution online, Cost analysis and cost control of products.
- Support to Production lines for smooth production completion
- System compliance documentation like SOP, SAP Activities, PL (Process Layout) , BOM (Bill of Material) etc
- Process and product analysis.
- DFA/PFMEA knowledge, MOST analysis
- Fixture Development
- Functional Competencies Technical competency in Industrialization of New Products.




- Good Process knowledge in Assembly area like joining processes, Pokayoke, Testing of Products, SPC, Problem Solving etc.
- Through knowledge of PFC, PFMEA, DFA, DFM
- Experience in use of Pro E Software will be added advantage
