POSITION SUMMARY We are seeking a motivated Architect – Interior Designer with expertise in office and workplace interior design, and a passion for designing spaces aligned with WELL certification standards. This role carries end-to-end responsibility for interior design development — from conceptualization through execution — including cost and budget integration, stakeholder coordination, and the seamless integration of wellness and sustainability principles. The ideal candidate has a flair for creating innovative, collaborative, and futuristic spaces that inspire their intended purpose while breaking away from conventional design. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Interior Design & Space Planning ● Develop cohesive, functional, and innovative interior designs for diverse mixed-use environments, including office spaces and collaborative hubs,



in line with national and international standards and client-specific guidelines. ● Create interactive and team-oriented spaces with futuristic designs that encourage innovation, teamwork, and productivity. ● Ensure spatial planning and material selections reflect a balance between aesthetics, functionality, cost projection, and the specific intent of the space. Sustainable & Wellness-Focused Design ● Leverage knowledge of LEED and WELL certifications to design health-centred, environmentally sustainable interiors. ● Select materials, finishes, and systems that promote occupant wellness, energy efficiency, and environmental responsibility. End-to-End Design Development ● Lead the design development process, including preparing detailed drawings, specifications, room books, BOQs, and design documentation. ● Handle vendor coordination, address site queries, and provide technical resolutions during construction. ● Manage and track variations, addressing changes while maintaining the integrity of the design intent. Client Engagement & Collaboration ● Engage closely with clients and stakeholders to understand their unique requirements and translate them into tailored, innovative designs. ● Present design concepts, material boards, and technical drawings effectively to gain client buy-in. ● Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams, including MEP, structural, and construction teams,



to ensure smooth execution. Innovation & Differentiation in Design ● Bring creativity and bandwidth to explore variations in conceptual designs, ensuring each project is distinct and free from monotony. ● Focus on creating designs that align with the intent of fostering collaboration, innovation, and interaction among occupants. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Education ● Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design / Master's degree or equivalent specialization is a plus. Experience ● 7–10 years of experience in interior designing, with a portfolio showcasing innovative and sustainable designs for office spaces, collaborative hubs, or mixed-use developments. KEY SKILLS Technical Skills ● Proficiency in design tools: AutoCAD, Revit/BIM, SketchUp, Lumion, and rendering software. ● Strong knowledge of building codes, interior design standards, and wellness certifications (LEED, WELL). Creative & Analytical Skills ● Exceptional ability to conceptualize and execute innovative and futuristic designs. ● Skill in differentiating designs to create unique, purpose-driven spaces. Soft Skills ● Strong communication and presentation skills to engage clients and stakeholders effectively. ● Excellent problem-solving abilities and adaptability to handle on-site challenges and vendor coordination. ● Collaborative mindset to work seamlessly with multidisciplinary teams.
