Role: Senior Workday Recruiting Consultant Location: Pune Experience Level: 5-8 years Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Workday Recruiting Consultant to join our Corporate Human Resources, HR Solutions department. Key Responsibilities • Global System Management : Lead the configuration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Workday Recruiting functionality as part of our international product support team • Operational Excellence : Execute business-as-usual operational tasks ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the recruiting platform across all regions. Provide rapid error analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution for Workday Recruiting issues across 40 countries • Strategic Consultation : Collaborate with internal stakeholders including strategic process owners and the global talent acquisition community to optimize Workday configurations aligned with business requirements • Change Management : Collect, evaluate, and deliver change requests while ensuring minimal business disruption • Subject Matter Expertise : Serve as primary expert and central point of contact for all Workday Recruiting matters • Global Impact : Drive recruitment technology initiatives that directly impact talent acquisition across our international operations Qualifications & Requirements Experience : • 6-10 years of progressive experience in Workday hand on business operations with strong focus on Workday Recruiting • Proven track record in an international/global role supporting multiple countries or regions • Experience working with global stakeholders across different time zones Technical Skills:
