We are hiring Customer Service Executives for a leading organization in the banking sector.

Location: Hyderabad

Function: Customer Experience

️ Language: Hindi speaking is mandatory for both Freshers & Experienced candidates

Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate

⏳ Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days only

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries received via email

• Ensure responses are provided within 24 hours

• Maintain high standards of service quality and communication accuracy

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders

• Handle challenging customer situations with professionalism and empathy

• Contribute to initiatives focused on improving customer satisfaction and service delivery

Candidate Requirements

• Hindi speaking is mandatory

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Good understanding of banking products and processes





• Proficiency in typing and MS Office tools

• Ability to work under pressure and deliver quality service

• Customer-focused attitude with a willingness to go the extra mile

Compensation

• Graduate Freshers: Up to ₹3 LPA

• Postgraduate Freshers: Up to ₹3.5 LPA

• 6 Months–2 Years Experience: Up to ₹4.5 LPA

❌ B.Tech freshers will not be considered

✅ B.Tech candidates with prior Customer Support experience are eligible
